Kelowna’s best business casual mixer, Downtown Kelowna After 5, turns traditional networking into a chance to unwind and get to know your neighbours. These events routinely draw 250+ guests looking to socialize, network, share ideas, and have a great time ‘After 5’.
Admission to the hottest post-work party in town is only $15.75/person*, or 3 tickets for $42* which includes appies and two (2) complimentary drink tickets.
Downtown After 5 is a 19+ event; guests may be asked for ID to verify their age. Guests refusing a request for ID will not be served.

*Ticket price includes GST; Payment Processing Fee Service Fees are extra. Groups of 3 tickets are available in limited quantities.
Note: A reminder that two drink tickets per person are allotted; additional drink tickets are not available for sale and are non-transferrable. Drink tickets can only be redeemed at the event venue during the event.
UPDATE (March 25, 2024): The ‘After 5’ event on April 17, 2024, hosted by Sandhill Wines and Love It Dental, is SOLD OUT. Tickets will not be available at the door.

Host A Downtown KELOWNA After 5
Looking to put your business in the spotlight? Hosting a Downtown Kelowna After 5 event is a fantastic way to promote your business.
Only DKA Members are eligible to host Downtown Kelowna After 5 events. Event hosts and venues must be within the Downtown Kelowna boundary (see Map), and the venue must be able to safely accommodate min. 250 people. Fully accessible venues are preferred.

YES. Tickets are sold online through Eventbrite; debit, credit, and PayPal are accepted.
Generally no. These events sell out fast. Pre-sales makes entry to the event more efficient and allows event hosts to more effectively plan for accurate food & beverage amounts.
BUT: in the rare occasion that tickets remain, we will make them available for sale at the door.
Yes, of course, we always keep in mind our guests who can not/do not want to partake in an alcoholic beverage. There will always be an alternative available to you.
No. Your $15 admission provides you with two (2) complimentary drink tickets for the evening. The tickets themselves are not for sale.
While we do advise the host to plan for it, we can not guarantee there will be a dietary option that meets the needs of every attendee. Please contact the current host for more details in regards to the evenings menu.

- Admission tickets are sold in advance, with pre-event sales beginning a min. of two weeks prior.
- Paying attendees will be issued two (2) complimentary drink tickets* that may be redeemed for alcoholic (*must be 19+) and/or non-alcoholic beverages.
- Additional drink tickets may NOT be purchased.
- Drink tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
- Drink tickets are valid only for the event for which it is issued and have no cash value. Admission is non-refundable.
