You’ll be starting your business in the heart of the Okanagan. There are about 109,000 people within a short drive and another 100,000 within a less short drive. And generally, we’re used to driving distances for things we like.
Kelowna is the largest centre for urban development, business, retail and health care services between Vancouver and Alberta. We’ve been ranked the most cost-effective business location in the Pacific Region three times by KPMG. And the nicest people are Downtown, but we might be biased. A little. No we’re not. It’s true.
And Downtown Kelowna is undergoing a renewal. New residential developments are popping up along with fun new shops. And a brand new street plan for Bernard Avenue (that’s our “Main Street”) is underway.
