Downtown Kelowna strives to continue to improve our communication with our property owners. As a property owner, we want to ensure you not only know what is going on in our neighbourhood, but also seek your input on a variety of issues facing us this coming year.
Staff work throughout the year to visit each of our Downtown Kelowna businesses to gather their contact information. However, getting to know you, our property owners, is a bit more difficult. Each year the City of Kelowna provides our association with a copy of the Tax Roll, which only states the address and corporate name attached to your property. By providing us with your name, e-mail address and contact information for your property manager and leasing agent, we can provide you with current information on what Downtown Kelowna is doing on your behalf. Furthermore, we can help communicate pertinent information regarding the Bernard Avenue Revitalization.
