On-Street Services
Downtown On Call
Sure they look outstanding in red, but they do way more than that. The Downtown On Call team is trained to deal with front line issues related to personal safety, hospitality and help create a positive social environment in Downtown Kelowna. And they look good doing it.
Downtown On Call covers a 42-square block radius, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 9:30pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Whether it's providing information about community services, giving directions to tourists, escorting retail staff or customers to their vehicles, or providing emergency assistance, DOC team members are ready to assist when needed, making the Downtown area a great place to work, shop, live and visit. Did we mention they look sharp in red?
If you need assistance in the Downtown area, contact Downtown On Call at 250.470.9058
For more information on the DOC Program, please contact Ron Beahun, Manager On-Street Services.
