On Street Service

The Downtown Kelowna Association is very proud to offer a number of programs and services that benefit our Downtown members, visitors to Kelowna and our local community.

Downtown on Call (DOC) is a year round program consisting of security and ambassador personnel. DOC is available to all Downtown Kelowna members, property owners, visitors and tourists. Their services include safe walks, bank drop escorts, On-Site assistance, loss prevention, first aid, and much more.

The Downtown Concierge is a team of college students who assist locals and tourists throughout the months of May through August. They offer directions, dining and shopping suggestions, take photos, communicate with the Downtown members and assist with DKA events.

The Clean Team is a dedicated team of individuals who work tirelessly within the DKA boundaries to keep the streets, sidewalks, parks, back alleys and common areas clean and well looked after. They also do garbage removal, paint over graffiti, weed and care for Downtown garden nodes and flowers barrels, and take down all posters and flyers on public property.
