Downtown Concierge

Each summer a group of students are hired to patrol the Downtown area acting as ambassadors offering assistance and information to the public. This popular program creates a fun, inviting atmosphere for tourists and locals visiting the Downtown area.

The Downtown Concierge, previously known as Biz Patrol, also assists at the DKA events, hands out Downtown brochures and helps tourists with directions, taking photos and making recommendations for shopping, dining and entertainment. The Downtown Concierge works from May until the end of August and employs full-time college or university students.
