Board Election


April 10, 2019

The Downtown Kelowna Association (DKA) Board of Directors is voted annually by the membership and serve a two year term. Any property owner or tenant of Class 5 or 6 real property, or a duly authorized employee of a property owner or tenant afore-described, located within the Downtown BIA boundary is eligible for nomination.

On April 10, 2019, the DKA Board of Directors received a report from DKA President Yarden Gershony, on the outcome of the call for nominations for election to the Board. The DKA issued the call for nominations for seven (7) Board positions on March 18, 2019, and nominations closed on April 5, 2019. Seven (7) members in good standing were nominated for election to the Board and subsequently elected by acclamation. The DKA congratulates the acclaimed candidates*, and welcomes their contributions to the Board.

Immediately following the AGM on June 5, 2019, the 2019 - 2021 Downtown Kelowna Association Board of Directors shall be:
