The Downtown Kelowna Winter Street Market is a free community event geared toward all ages. This event celebrates the magic of the holiday season with family activities, music, ice skating, entertainment, visits from Santa, and, of course, the lighting of a huge tree in Stuart Park. 2019 will mark the 31st Annual Tree Lighting celebration Downtown.

Load in: 9:00am-10:30am
Load out: 6:00pm-7:30pm

Vendor Requirements

Please note that completion of the application does not guarantee a vendor space at the 2019 Winter Street Market. Notification of acceptance will take place in a timely manner via e-mail, with further details advanced closer to the event date.

  • Each vendor space is 10ft. x 10ft. A double vendor space is 10ft. x 20ft. in size and 3 spaces is 10ft. x 30ft.
  • Each vendor is responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, heater and lights.
  • Only one business is permitted to operate per vendor space and application.
  • Pop up canopies and walls will be provided to all vendors, but it is the vendor's responsibility to dismantle the equipment at the end of the day.
  • Fees payable to “Downtown Kelowna Association” via cash, bank draft, money order or Square/Credit. No personal cheques please.

Market Vendors

$225 - 1 Space (10x10')
$325 - 2 Spaces (10x20')

Includes one pop up tent per space, walls, and 1200W power for heaters or lights.

Downtown Kelowna Members

Downtown Kelowna Members are those who lease or own a bricks and mortar shop within this boundary. They are offered a discount as they pay an annual levy which funds the Downtown Kelowna Association.

$125 - 1 Space (10x10')
$175 - 2 Spaces (10x20')

Includes one pop up tent per space, walls, and 1200W power for heaters or lights.

Mobile Food Vendors

$225 - 1 Space (10x10')
$250 - 2 Spaces (10x20')
$275 - 3 spaces (10x30')

Includes 1200W power or grounding for generator.

Deadlines

Vendor Application Deadline: November 1, 2019

Food Permit Deadline: November 15, 2019
Extra Power Order Deadline: November 29, 2019


While vendor applications will be accepted until November 1st, space is incredibly limited and may fill up earlier.
